Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, with the buyer responsible for covering additional return shipping costs.

Within 14 days after receiving the returned package, Studio Amami will refund the customer's money using the original payment method.

A refund only takes place if the returned items are in the same condition as received. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
